Biweekly Report Overview
Our team at the Government Resource Center (GRC) sends biweekly reports to provide timely program data and help guide your work. This report will allow you to keep track of important information such as the number of baseline assessments, six-month reassessments, and annual assessments completed for the SUPRT-A and SUPRT-C and the number of annual assessments completed for the SUPRT-A. Failed upload to SPARS and an SOS 4.0 GPRA Count from FY25 are also included.
Biweekly Report Delivery Dates
Direct awardees will receive a biweekly report email from SOSEval@osumc.edu every other week. The email contains an overview of biweekly reporting and a compressed (ZIP) file as an attachment. The attachment contains your report. Biweekly reports for Fiscal Year 2026 have the following schedule:
